How long have you been a Realtor and how did you become an expert?
I began this journey over 28 years ago in Long Island, New York. I was 37 years old and I was having my youngest son. It was inspiring at that moment realizing my passion; helping people. What better way to serve than helping families to look for their homes. It’s more than a job, it’s a journey with many rewards. I have made many new friends throughout the years and have many satisfied clients.
Who are your clients?
My clients will look for me when they need a home in North Carolina or if they are looking to upgrade to a bigger house, or downsize from an empty nest and retiring. I help the family and friends of the many families I helped in the past. I can also help families move out of NC, my referral network can help people all over the country.
How are you different from other realtors?
I offer the best of both worlds for my clients. I am bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English. I unified both cultures in benefit of my clients. It’s my passion to be that professional that understand their needs when they are looking for their future home.
How do you work? What can I expect?
An initial meeting is always necessary to know each other. I explain to my clients the legal aspects of home-buying and home-selling process, although the attorney will explain every document at closing. My clients ask questions until they are totally comfortable to begin the process.
Why do I need a real estate agent, can I do this on my own?
You need representation from a professional that is on your side. There are many legal disclosures and paperwork necessary for any transaction. I am very well educated and hold the required NC Real Estate Commission license and many years of experience.
I am also highly skilled to help you negotiate. I understand the real estate values for an offer and the value of a house in today’s market.
